My wife and I had a phenomenal experience working with Gaurav and Lennaea Sood while buying our recent home. Gaurav Sood was referred to us by a family member and exceeded what we thought was possible from a real estate agent.
As you would expect from a great agent Gaurav was always available and has a great understanding of the real estate market. What sets Gaurav apart from everybody else is the level of genuine care he has for the people he works with. This is what drives Gaurav to go above and beyond for his clients.
Gaurav worked so hard to help us buy our home. He literally bought lunch for a contractor and drove him to our home so he could look at the foundation when we had serious questions and didn’t know anyone to call. I’m talking about things that Gaurav didn’t have to or need to do, but did anyways because he genuinely cares about his clients. We saw this time and time again.
Gaurav is also very knowledgeable and was completely open and transparent with us at all the homes we looked at. His ability to not only be our real estate agent but advise and counsel us on home issues from renovation costs to putting together the best strategy on our offer was invaluable.
Gaurav was always one step ahead of us and communicated with us frequently. He took everything that could have been stressful about the home buying experience off our plate. In the end Gaurav is not just a great guy, he knows what he’s doing and was able to save us tens of thousands of dollars on a competitive house that was off the market in less than 48 hours.
Last but certainly not least, we also met Lennaea and instantly fell in love! Not only is she one of the kindest humans we’ve ever met she has a wonderful eye for design that helped us envision what we could do with the fixer upper we ended up buying.

Thank you for taking a moment to get to know more about who we are! We are Gaurav and Lennaea Sood, a married couple who have been together since 2003. We are very proud parents of two beautiful daughters and two dogs. We live, love, and breathe real estate.
Gaurav the “master negotiator,” started in real estate in 2007 when times weren’t exactly easy in real estate. Luckily, Gaurav and his true tenacious nature hustled his way through the economic downturn and became “Rookie of the Year,” at Keller Williams and then quickly adjusted with the rapidly changing real estate climate to become an expert in negotiating complex Short Sales. Fast forward to now, and Gaurav continues to be a Top Producer in our area and our company.
