I decided to sell my town home a couple of months ago and needed help but really didn’t know who to contact? I decided to get on line and find a real estate agent. My time is valuable, like so many other people, so I called the first name that I saw…………….Gaurav Sood with Skyline Properties Inc. I can tell you that this chance encounter was one of the best and easiest decisions I have ever made.
Unfortunately, with the un-predictability of the housing market, I was very skeptical that I would sell a town home quickly but upon meeting Gaurav my skeptical attitude quickly changed to a very positive one. Gaurav is not only a very positive person but he also very knowledgeable with what “sells” a home. His knowledge comingled with extras he provides, such as professional staging and professional pictures, helped sell my home in just 5 days. Are you kidding me?? Just 5 days!! I literally believed it would take months.
Not only did he help sell my property quickly but he got the full asking price which put money in my pocket. I really would have been happy breaking even or paying a bit but with Gaurav as my agent I did not have to worry about those options. He also did an excellent job getting me into a new home that I love with minimal up-rooting of my daily life.

Thank you for taking a moment to get to know more about who we are! We are Gaurav and Lennaea Sood, a married couple who have been together since 2003. We are very proud parents of two beautiful daughters and two dogs. We live, love, and breathe real estate.
Gaurav the “master negotiator,” started in real estate in 2007 when times weren’t exactly easy in real estate. Luckily, Gaurav and his true tenacious nature hustled his way through the economic downturn and became “Rookie of the Year,” at Keller Williams and then quickly adjusted with the rapidly changing real estate climate to become an expert in negotiating complex Short Sales.
