From our point of view, Gaurav facilitated the process of acclimating us to home world through his great mentorship skills, debater skills and listening skills. Within 3 months, we were able to find our dream home and the place that we can cherish for our whole life and that was all possible due to Gaurav’s tremendous efforts and patience. Since both me and my husband are working full time, it was not easy for us to spare time and that too specially with two little kids under age 5, but Gaurav made it possible. He was able to adjust his schedule to match to ours and was available every time whenever we needed to make a change to our upcoming appointment. His success starts with his communication skills of being open and trying to ask questions so that he can judge what type of person you are and what kind of place you are looking for. Just after our first appointment, he was able to judge that both (me and my husband) are detail oriented and would like to see the prices and information about not only the home but about the neighborhood as well and without even asking about it, he was furnishing all those details to us beforehand so that we can be ready with our questions and our meetings can be really productive. Our heart goes out for him for the love and affection that he showed to our kids and their grandparents. He was able to  give us some space when we wanted to talk with each other even at the time of looking at the house and was always ready to clarify our doubts.He actually helped us in achieving our goal of having a dream home ahead of 3 other people on the waiting list. We believe we have our dream home just because of him and almighty God. He is our friend now and his family is so affectionate. I think the best treasure in this world is People and he is the person whom all of our family members can trust.
